OUR LANDS
Where it all begins.
In Zaghouan, amidst hills, sunshine, and Mediterranean nature, our olive trees grow to the rhythm of the seasons. It is here, on these lands that have been with our family for generations, that our story with olive oil begins.
UNDER THE ZAGHOUAN SUN
A land with character.
Sun-drenched days, Mediterranean soil, and olive trees that have learned to take their time.
Here, nothing is rushed. Seasons pass, olives ripen, and each harvest carries a little of the land from which it was born.
OUR OLIVE TREES
Deeply rooted.
Among our olive trees, the Chemlali, also known locally as Sahli, holds a special place.
Emblematic of Tunisian olive growing, it is deeply linked to our climate, our landscapes, and this olive tree culture that spans generations.
FROM OLIVE TO OIL
It all starts with the fruit.
Each harvest marks the beginning of a new cycle. The olives become an oil that retains what we love about our terroir: a delicate character, a balanced profile, and that sweetness that allows it to naturally complement everyday cooking.
No need to overdo it.
A good olive. A good oil. And the time to do things well.
OUR OIL
Naturally mild.
Our oil is distinguished by its mild and balanced profile, with delicate bitterness and pungency.
An easy-to-appreciate oil, which does not seek to dominate the plate, but to reveal what is there.
On a salad, with bread, some vegetables, a hot dish, or simply as is: it naturally finds its place at the table.
OUR EXPERTISE
Observe. Wait. Harvest.
Our experience with olive oil has been built over time.
Through seasons and generations, we have learned to know our olive trees, to observe their rhythms, and to respect the uniqueness of each harvest.
Because here, expertise is not just about a recipe.
It begins with knowing your land.
FROM OUR LANDS
A story that continues to grow.
These olive trees are much more than the starting point of our oil. They are a link between our land, our family, and everything we are building today.
Ways of life change. Habits evolve. Ideas too.
But in the beginning, there will always be the same thing:
an olive, a land, and the desire to make something good from it.
